BILLING INFO
All invoices are processed monthly and payment is due within 20 days. If your invoice is not paid by the due date any unpaid posts are subject to removal. Invoices are emailed to the email address provided on our New Account Information Form. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Checks can be sent to the address on your invoice and credit card payments are processed from a link within your invoice.

OUR POSTS
Our standard post is 8ft tall with a 4ft arm, built of pressure treated wood, freshly painted to present your company's sign panel in a prestigious manner.
For those agents whose sign panels are smaller than the typical 36Wx24L we offer a 3ft arm. If this is something you want, be sure to let us know in the Special Instructions on our install form.
Currently our posts are offered in the colors of white, black, and grey.

It is our policy to call Gopher One and Diggers Hotline prior to installing a post. Gopher One requires 2 business days and Diggers Hotline requires 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of the phone call to mark the underground lines.

TEMP SIGN
AND FLAGS
Please use your temp sign to identify where you'd like the
post to go. This is especially important on lots and vacant land.
If you don't have a temp sign, flags can be provided to you from RSPS so you can identify where you'd like sign placement on the Property. If needed, please ask us for some flags.
We make every accommodation to put the sign post where you have it marked. If there aren't any temp signs or flags on the property, RSPS installers will place the post in the most visible place that they deem appropriate.

IRRIGATION
Gopher One and Diggers Hotline do not mark irrigation systems.
If possible, please have the homeowner mark a "safe" location for sign post installation to avoid any damage to the system.
If RSPS accidentally hits an irrigation system on the property, we will not be held responsible for any damage done to the system.
